fabricante se limita a la sustituci\u00f3n o reparaci\u00f3n de las piezas reconocidas como defectuosas, no incluyendo los costes de desplazamientos, transportes, aceites ni da\u00f1os personales o perjuicios que puedan ocasionar tal aver\u00eda.<\/p><p>EXCLUSIONES DE LA GARANT\u00cdA<br \/>\u00b7 Si la m\u00e1quina no se ha utilizado seg\u00fan lo autorizado descrito en el manual de instrucciones.<br \/>\u00b7 Si se ha manipulado, convertido o modicado, sin autorizaci\u00f3n previa de ARCUSIN.<br \/>\u00b7Si no se han realizado los cuidados de mantenimiento de acuerdo con las especicaciones establecidas por ARCUSIN, en el manual de instrucciones.<br \/>\u00b7 Si el trabajo de reparaci\u00f3n no lo ha realizado un concesionario ocial o personal autorizado por ARCUSIN.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s:<br \/>\u00b7Los componentes fabricados por otras compa\u00f1\u00edas (no fabricados por ARCUSIN, tales como bombas, motores, otros componentes hidr\u00e1ulicos, neum\u00e1ticos, etc.), solo disfrutar\u00e1n de la garant\u00eda que \u00e9stas<br \/>concedan, si se demuestran defectos en el material o en el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de estos.<br \/>\u00b7 Consecuencias indirectas (tiempo de inactividad, tiempo perdido, etc.)<br \/>\u00b7 Sustituci\u00f3n de piezas desgastadas debido a las horas de uso (consumibles, tales como tomas de fuerza,<br \/>ltros, cubiertas, ferodos, cauchos, elementos de guiado por fricci\u00f3n, etc.)<br \/>\u00b7Da\u00f1os causados por inuencias externas o fuerzas mayores tales como: Accidentes, impactos, ara\u00f1azos,<br \/>rayados, inclemencias meteorol\u00f3gicas, impactos de rayo, incendios, inundaciones, terremotos, guerra, etc.<br \/>\u00b7 Da\u00f1os causados por un mantenimiento insuciente o
